Initiate Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Hardware
Securely pack your Phanteks product in its original box, ensuring all fans, cables, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
